Subscription and Service Terms

1. Definitions

• Platform: KODMIS SaaS software and associated dashboards
• Subscriber: business holding a paid or pilot account
• Plan: Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise, or similar tiers
• AI Credit: artificial intelligence processing unit

2. Scope of Service

Plan features are defined on the pricing page and in the entitlement layer of the dashboard. Enterprise features may be extended via a separate agreement. Integrations (marketplace, logistics, advertising) are subject to third-party API terms and your account permissions; KODMIS is not responsible for third-party outages.

3. Fees

• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Charged at the start of the period or according to the selected billing model
• Unused AI credits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Price changes are announced before the renewal period

4. Pilot / Complimentary Programmes

Pilot programmes are offered with limited capacity, duration, and eligibility criteria. Even in campaigns that do not require a card / upfront payment, compliance with identity verification and usage policies is mandatory. The programme may be cancelled in the event of misuse.

5. Availability

High availability is targeted on a reasonable-endeavours basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Critical security patches may be applied urgently. Specific SLAs apply only under Enterprise or written agreements.

6. Data and Backups

Reasonable technical measures and backups are applied for subscriber data. The subscriber is responsible for their own access authorisation and statutory retention requirements. Data export capabilities upon account closure are provided in accordance with product features.
