Information on processing activities that require explicit consent under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

1. Scope
This notice covers processing activities by KODMIS · Türkiye · Tax Office: Mardin Vergi Dairesi, Tax No: 29573225566 that are based on explicit consent within the meaning of KVKK Art. 3/1-a. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous; you have the right not to give it; withholding consent will not prevent access to mandatory services (except strictly necessary cookies and contract performance).

2.2 Non-Essential Cookies

2.3 Contact Form (Optional Extended Follow-Up)
Evaluation of your demo request is carried out on a contractual / legitimate interest basis. By ticking a separate checkbox, you may also give consent for long-term commercial communications and product updates.
3. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time via [email protected], [email protected], or through the relevant preference centre. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing carried out in accordance with the law.
